Overview

Saiyuki is an anime series based on the manga by Kazuya Minekura, which reimagines the classic Chinese tale 'Journey to the West'. The story follows a group of four misfit heroes: the monk Genjyo Sanzo, the monkey king Son Goku, the half-demon Sha Gojyo, and the demon Hakkai.
