Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Use of Service: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

User Content: You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through our website.

Registration: Users can create a profile with a username, email, and a custom bio. All user passwords are encrypted in our database.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason.

Tracking a collection is only useful if something tells you when it changes. That is what our emails are for. If a figure on your wishlist drops in price, we let you know, because the drop is the moment you wanted to hear about. The same goes for a price alert you set, a new release in a series you collect, and a periodic summary of what moved on your own list.

Every one of them starts from something you did here. We do not run a mailing list, we do not buy, sell, rent or share your email address, we do not send mail on behalf of other companies, and we do not email people who do not have an account. If we cannot tie a message to figures you actually follow, we would rather not send it.

You stay in control of all of it. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe and a link to a preferences page where each type can be turned off on its own, without even signing in, and the same switches live in your account settings. Messages needed to operate the account, such as sign-in codes and password resets, are not covered by those switches, because they are how the account works.

MyFigureList is a community for collectors, and a lot of what makes it useful (price history, shop popularity, trending figures) only works if the numbers behind it reflect real people. We therefore use automated checks to tell genuine visitors from bots and scrapers, including Cloudflare Turnstile and Google reCAPTCHA, and we classify traffic to shop links so that automated clicks do not distort what we report to collectors or to partner shops.

These checks look at how a request behaves, not at who you are, and passing one does not require an account. Some actions may ask you to confirm you are human before they complete. Attempting to bypass these checks, scrape the site at scale, or automate account creation is a breach of these terms and may result in suspension.

Content Ownership: All content on MyFigureList, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MyFigureList or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

User-Generated Content: By posting pictures or other content, you grant MyFigureList a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in any media, including social media, with credit to you.
