Overview

Detroit Metal City is a satirical comedy series that follows the life of Soichi Negishi, a gentle and aspiring pop musician who inadvertently becomes the lead singer of a popular death metal band, Detroit Metal City. Torn between his peaceful nature and the aggressive persona of his stage character, Johannes Krauser II, Soichi navigates the absurdities and challenges of balancing these conflicting identities.
