Overview
Baroque is a Japanese multimedia title associated with dark, surreal, and psychological themes. The best-known original work is the 1998 video game Baroque, developed by Sting, which later inspired manga and an anime adaptation. It is set in a distorted post-apocalyptic world and follows a protagonist navigating guilt, sin, and fragmented reality. Because the title is already the main master name used across its adaptations, the most common romaji title is simply Baroque.
