Overview

Viewtiful Joe is a Japanese action-adventure franchise centered on Joe Kido, an ordinary movie fan who is pulled into a colorful film-inspired world and transformed into a superhero. Using the powers of VFX and his alter ego Viewtiful Joe, he battles villains and saves his girlfriend Sylvia. The series is best known for its stylish comic-book presentation, fast-paced combat, and playful homage to classic tokusatsu and superhero movies.
