Final Fantasy XIII is a role-playing video game developed and published by Square Enix. It is the thirteenth installment in the Final Fantasy series and was released in 2009. Set in the fictional floating world of Cocoon and the lower world of Gran Pulse, players follow a group of characters who rebel against a government, the Sanctum, while confronting fate and fighting powerful forces.
