Gall Force

Overview

Gall Force is a Japanese science fiction anime franchise centered on an interstellar war between two humanoid factions, the Solnoids and the Paranoids. It began as an original video animation series and became known for combining space combat, military sci-fi, and character-driven drama. The franchise includes multiple entries and alternate retellings, but the core title is simply Gall Force. It is one of the better-known 1980s anime OVA properties.
