Tetsuo

Overview

Tetsuo is the original Japanese title of the cult cyberpunk body-horror film commonly known internationally as Tetsuo: The Iron Man. Directed by Shinya Tsukamoto, it follows a man whose body is grotesquely transformed after a strange encounter, blending industrial imagery, frantic editing, and surreal horror. The film became a landmark of Japanese underground cinema and inspired later sequels and related works, but the core/master title is simply Tetsuo.
