Overview
Transformers: Zone is a Japanese original animated special and one of the later entries in the Transformers franchise. It follows the Autobots and Decepticons as they battle over powerful energy sources and new warrior allies, with a more experimental and action-heavy tone than earlier series. It is notable for being the final installment of the original Japanese Transformers continuity, and it helped bridge the franchise into later spin-off and sequel concepts.
