Transformers: Armada is the main Japanese-original title for the anime series known in English as Super Robot Lifeform Transformers: Legend of the Microns. It is part of the Transformers franchise and follows the battle over the powerful Mini-Cons, small Transformers that can combine with larger robots to grant them new abilities. The series introduced a new continuity and featured Optimus Prime, Megatron, and a human cast caught in the conflict.
