Shinnosuke Tomari is the main protagonist of the tokusatsu series Kamen Rider Drive. He is a former elite police officer who becomes the eponymous Kamen Rider Drive after teaming up with the artificial intelligence R.I.D.E.R. System and his partner, Kiriko Shijima. Using the Drive Driver and Shift Cars, Shinnosuke fights against the Roidmudes, rogue android-like creatures threatening humanity. Throughout the series, he balances his duty as a police officer with his responsibilities as a Kamen Rider, growing as both a detective and a hero.
