Overview
Kneesocks Demon is a major antagonist in the anime series Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. She is the younger of the Demon Sisters, serving alongside her elder sister Scanty as an enforcer of strict order and discipline in Daten City. Kneesocks is characterized by her red skin, blue hair, and her adherence to rules, often clashing with the chaotic Anarchy sisters. Her competitive nature and loyalty to her sister drive many of the series' conflicts.
