Overview
Purin, known as Jigglypuff in the English version, is a popular Pokémon species from the Pocket Monsters (Pokémon) series. It is a balloon Pokémon famous for its ability to put others to sleep by singing a lullaby. In the anime, Purin is a recurring character who often tries to perform its song for others, only to become frustrated when everyone falls asleep before it's finished. Purin usually marks sleeping listeners' faces with a marker in retaliation, making it a humorous and memorable character.
