Kotarou Katsura is a prominent character from the anime series Gintama. As a former comrade of the protagonist Gintoki Sakata during the Joi War, he is now the leader of the moderate Joui faction. Katsura is known for his eccentric personality and his trademark phrase "Zura janai, Katsura da!" which translates to "It's not Zura, it's Katsura!". Despite his seemingly aloof nature, he is highly intelligent and a master strategist. His role in the series often involves comedic relief, but he also plays a crucial part in more serious story arcs.
