Chiya is the main protagonist of the anime series Urara Meirochou. Raised in the mountains, she possesses a unique and carefree personality, characterized by her curiosity and energetic nature. Chiya comes to the town of Meirochou with the goal of finding her mother and becomes an apprentice at Natsume-ya, where she learns the art of fortune-telling.
