Overview
Rocksteady is a fictional character from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series. Originally a human gang member, he is transformed into a humanoid rhinoceros through the use of mutagen by the villain Shredder. Rocksteady is often depicted as a loyal but dim-witted henchman, serving alongside his partner, Bebop. Together, they provide comic relief with their bumbling antics while also posing a physical threat to the Ninja Turtles. Despite their lack of intelligence, Rocksteady and Bebop are persistent foes, continuously attempting to thwart the Turtles’ efforts to protect New York City.
