Sanosuke Sagara is a prominent character in the anime series Rurouni Kenshin. Known for his brash personality and formidable fighting skills, Sanosuke is a former member of the Sekihō Army, where he served as a captain. After the army's disbandment, he becomes a street fighter known for his incredible strength and his weapon of choice, the Zanbatou. Sanosuke is a close friend and ally of the protagonist, Kenshin Himura, and often assists him in battles against various adversaries. Despite his rough exterior, Sanosuke possesses a strong sense of justice and loyalty.
