Overview
Subaru Sumeragi is the main protagonist of the series Tokyo Babylon. He is a kind-hearted and gentle onmyoji, a practitioner of Japanese esoteric cosmology, who belongs to the prestigious Sumeragi clan. Tasked with maintaining the spiritual balance and protecting Tokyo from malevolent forces, Subaru is often seen dealing with various supernatural occurrences. Despite his youth, he is highly skilled and compassionate, often putting others' needs before his own. His twin sister, Hokuto, and friend Seishirou Sakurazuka play significant roles in his life, shaping his journey as he navigates complex emotional and moral challenges.
