Ika Musume, also known as Squid Girl, is the main protagonist of the anime series 'Shinryaku! Ika Musume'. She is a squid-human hybrid who emerges from the sea with the ambitious plan to invade the surface world and punish humanity for polluting her ocean home. However, her invasion turns comical as she ends up working at a seaside restaurant to pay off damages she caused.
