Seishiro Tsugumi is a character from the anime series Nisekoi. Originally introduced as a male bodyguard of Chitoge Kirisaki, it is later revealed that Seishiro is actually female. Raised and trained as an assassin from a young age, she possesses exceptional combat skills and often accompanies Chitoge to protect her from threats. Despite her tough exterior and initial rivalry with Raku Ichijou, she gradually starts developing feelings for him, adding complexity to her character. Tsugumi is known for her loyalty, discipline, and occasional comedic misunderstandings due to her lack of experience with social interactions.
