Utsuho Reiuzi, also known as Okuu, is a prominent character from the Touhou Project series, appearing first in 'Subterranean Animism' as the Stage 6 boss. She is a Hell raven with the ability to manipulate nuclear fusion, granted by consuming the Yatagarasu. Utsuho serves as the caretaker of the Hell of Blazing Fires under the Palace of the Earth Spirits. Known for her immense power and bird-like intelligence, she becomes a formidable opponent when her newfound abilities lead her to attempt creating a new sun on Earth.
