Overview
Kotaro Katsura is a key character in the anime series Gintama. Known for his eccentric personality and strong sense of justice, Katsura is the leader of the anti-Amanto Joui faction. Often seen with his pet Elizabeth, Katsura is a former comrade of the protagonist, Gintoki Sakata, from the Joui War. Despite being an idealist, his plans often end up being comically absurd. Often mistaken for a terrorist, he frequently uses the alias 'Zura,' although he insists, 'It's not Zura, it's Katsura!'
