Overview
Raizou, also known as Raizo of the Mist, is a ninja from Wano Country in One Piece. He is one of the Nine Red Scabbards, the loyal retainers serving Kozuki Oden and later supporting Momonosuke in the fight to restore Wano. Calm, skilled, and deeply devoted, he uses ninjutsu and stealth in battle. Raizou plays an important supporting role in the Wano Country arc, helping the alliance oppose Kaido and the Beasts Pirates.
