Overview
Kitsune no Akuma, known as the Fox Devil in Chainsaw Man, is a devil that embodies the fear of foxes. It is summoned by contracted Devil Hunters and can manifest a giant fox head to bite or swallow targets. The Fox Devil appears as one of the many supernatural entities in the series’ violent world, where devils are born from human fear. Its role is mainly as a contracted combat asset, highlighting the practical, dangerous, and transactional nature of devil contracts in the story.
