Overview
Dutch is a major character in Black Lagoon and the calm, authoritative leader of the Lagoon Company, a group of modern-day pirates and smugglers operating in Southeast Asia. He is a tall, muscular African-American man with a cool-headed demeanor and strong tactical instincts. Dutch usually serves as the team’s negotiator, planner, and anchor during dangerous missions. Despite his composed exterior, he is highly capable in combat and deeply loyal to his crew, helping keep the volatile group together.
