Overview
Burrower is a machine enemy from Horizon Forbidden West, not a human or anime character. It is a small, agile Burrow-type machine that moves underground and ambushes targets from below, making it a persistent threat in combat. In the game, Burrowers serve as scout and harassment units for machine packs, using speed, stealth, and surprise attacks to destabilize the player’s position. They are commonly encountered early and throughout the game as one of the recurring machine types.
