Overview
William Birkin is a major character in the Biohazard (Resident Evil) series, best known as a brilliant but morally corrupt Umbrella Corporation scientist. When Umbrella tried to steal his research, Birkin injected himself with the virus, transforming into a horrific mutated creature.
