Overview
John Kramer, known as the Jigsaw Killer in the Saw series, is the central antagonist who designs elaborate moral traps and tests to force victims to confront their choices and value their lives. A former civil engineer diagnosed with terminal cancer, he becomes obsessed with making others appreciate survival through extreme, life-or-death trials. His philosophy drives the franchise’s plot, and even after his apparent death, his influence continues through apprentices, recordings, and the legacy of his deadly games.
