Snorkmaiden is a recurring character in the Moomin series, known in English as the Snork Maiden. She is a Snork, a close relative of the Moomins, and is one of Moominvalley’s most recognizable residents. She is playful, affectionate, and often romantic, and she has a close relationship with Moomintroll. In the stories, she serves as a gentle supporting character who adds warmth, charm, and humor, while also taking part in many of the adventures and everyday life of the valley.
