Overview
Alex Murphy, known as RoboCop, is the protagonist of the RoboCop series. Once a dedicated police officer, Murphy is brutally injured in the line of duty and subsequently transformed into a powerful cyborg by the megacorporation Omni Consumer Products. As RoboCop, he serves as a law enforcement officer in a dystopian future Detroit, where crime is rampant and corruption is widespread. Despite his mechanical enhancements, Murphy retains traces of his humanity and seeks justice while struggling with the memories of his past life and identity.
