Overview
Phillip is one of the two main protagonists of Kamen Rider W, serving as the intellectual half of the partnership that forms Kamen Rider Double. He is calm, highly analytical, and possesses vast knowledge drawn from the Gaia Library, making him the source of the rider’s transformations and many tactical decisions. In the Luna/Joker form, he combines Luna’s elastic, long-range abilities with Joker’s close-combat fighting style, creating a versatile and agile combat form. Phillip plays a central role in solving cases and uncovering the mysteries of Fuuto.
