Overview
Shocker Rider No. 3 is one of the Shocker Riders, a group of evil duplicate Riders created by the villain organization Shocker in the Kamen Rider series. He serves as an enemy combatant rather than a distinct long-running individual character, acting under Shocker’s control to oppose Kamen Rider. Like the other Shocker Riders, No. 3 represents the dark mirror of the hero’s power and is used in battles to challenge, overwhelm, and test the original Kamen Rider.
