Overview
Senbei Norimaki is the eccentric inventor and one of the central characters in Dr. Slump. He is the creator of Arale Norimaki and lives in Penguin Village, where his bizarre gadgets and chaotic schemes often cause more trouble than they solve. As a recurring protagonist, he drives many of the series’ comedic situations through his inventions, selfish impulses, and awkward social life. Despite his flaws, he is a kind-hearted, hardworking, and highly imaginative scientist whose role anchors much of the story’s humor and absurdity.
