Overview
Coil is a Pokémon from the Pocket Monsters series, known internationally as Magnemite. It is a small, floating Electric/Steel-type Pokémon formed around a central metallic sphere with magnets on either side. Coil is often depicted as a curious, simple, and somewhat mechanical creature that can hover and attach itself to metal surfaces using magnetic force. In the series, it appears as one of the many Pokémon encountered by trainers and serves as a recognizable example of the franchise’s science-fiction-inspired creature design.
