Overview
Yaya Sasame is a supporting character in Hanayamata and one of Naru Sekiya’s close friends. She is a lively, outspoken, and sometimes stubborn girl who often brings energy and humor to the group. Though she can be jealous or blunt at times, she genuinely cares about her friends and helps support the team’s efforts to perform yosakoi. Her role in the series is to add balance, friendship dynamics, and emotional tension while contributing to the growth of the main cast.
