Borsalino, known by his Marine admiral codename Kizaru, is a high-ranking officer in One Piece’s World Government forces. He is calm, lazy-seeming, and speaks in a slow, detached manner, but he is extremely dangerous in combat. Using the Pika Pika no Mi, he can move at the speed of light and fire powerful laser attacks. He serves as one of the Marines’ strongest enforcers and appears as a major antagonist during key arcs involving the Straw Hats and the Sabaody Archipelago.
