Gan Takada, known as Yatterman 1, is the male hero and one half of the Yatterman duo in the Yatterman series. He is a brave, energetic, and somewhat hot-headed young inventor who fights crime and protects justice alongside Yatterman 2, Ai Kaminari. He pilots the Yatter-Wan and uses gadgets and teamwork to battle the Doronbo gang. As the main protagonist, he represents the heroic, comedic, and adventurous spirit of the franchise.
