Overview
Kuroko are the anonymous black-clad attendants and stagehands in Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, inspired by traditional Japanese theater helpers. They serve the Shiba clan and support the Shinkengers by handling logistics, transport, cleanup, and other behind-the-scenes tasks. Their presence reinforces the series’ theatrical and historical motifs, and they often move quietly in the background to maintain the team’s operations. Kuroko are not individual main characters, but as a group they are an essential support role.
