Overview
Beru is a major character in Solo Leveling, originally introduced as the terrifying Ant King from Jeju Island before being defeated by Sung Jinwoo. After being revived as one of Jinwoo’s Shadow Soldiers, Beru becomes one of his most loyal and powerful subordinates. He is known for his immense speed, combat strength, intelligence, and fierce devotion to his master. Beru also serves as a recurring source of both menace and comic relief, often speaking in a formal, enthusiastic manner while protecting Jinwoo and his allies.
