Overview
Walter Sullivan is the main antagonist of Silent Hill 4: The Room. He is a disturbed serial killer and cult figure whose actions drive the game's central horror. Born into a tragic and abusive background, Walter becomes obsessed with completing a ritual known as the 21 Sacraments. Throughout the story, his influence manifests through supernatural hauntings, murders, and the corruption of the protagonist's apartment. He serves as the embodiment of trauma, fanaticism, and the game’s psychological terror.
