Kayneth Archibald El-Melloi is a proud and highly skilled magus from the prestigious El-Melloi family in Fate/Zero. He serves as one of the Masters in the Fourth Holy Grail War, summoning Lancer as his Servant. As a teacher and noble aristocrat of the Mage’s Association, he is ambitious, refined, and deeply confident in his abilities, but also rigid and arrogant. His role in the series is that of a major rival and early example of the war’s ruthless politics and tragedy.
