Overview
Shino Amakusa (天草シノ) is one of the main characters in Seitokai Yakuindomo and serves as the student council president at Ousai Academy. She is intelligent, energetic, and usually acts as the straight man to the series’ constant stream of sexual jokes and double entendres. Despite her composed leadership role, she is often embarrassed or flustered by the crude humor around her. Her interactions with the other student council members drive much of the comedy and define her role in the story.
