Overview
Terranoid is a giant artificial Ultraman created by the TPC in Ultraman Dyna as a powerful experimental combat weapon. Built to imitate the form and abilities of the Ultraman-type giants, it serves as a major plot element in the series’ exploration of human attempts to manufacture heroic power. Terranoid is not a human character, but a mechanical counterpart whose role is tied to the defense organization’s scientific ambitions and the dangers of relying on artificial lifeforms in battle.
