Overview

Beyond the Grave is the resurrected form of Brandon Heat in Gungrave, transformed into an undead anti-hero and central figure of the series. Once a loyal and gentle man, he returns as a silent, heavily armed avenger after betrayal and death. He serves as the main protagonist in the later storyline, driving the revenge plot against the criminal organization Millennion. His character represents loss, loyalty, and the tragic consequences of ambition and corruption.
