Overview
Yami Kurai no Midir, known in Japanese as 闇喰らいのミディール, is a major dragon boss in Dark Souls III: The Ringed City, not Dark Souls II. He is an ancient, massive dragon entrusted with guarding the Dark Soul and the Ringed City. Corrupted by the abyss he was meant to contain, Midir becomes a tragic, relentless foe whose role is both guardian and final obstacle. His fight is famous for its scale, difficulty, and lore significance.
