Overview
Shidoh is a Shinigami in Death Note, one of the death gods who exists in the Shinigami Realm. He is a relatively minor but memorable character who becomes involved when his Death Note is stolen by Ryuk and later ends up interacting with humans through the notebook’s transfer. Shidoh’s role helps expand the series’ mythology by showing the rules and behavior of Shinigami beyond Ryuk, while also adding tension and humor to the supernatural side of the story.
