Overview
Dick Dastardly is the primary antagonist of Wacky Races, a scheming, mustachioed racer who constantly plots to win through cheating rather than skill. He drives the Mean Machine and is accompanied by his snickering sidekick Muttley. Dastardly is known for devising elaborate traps and shortcuts, only for his plans to backfire in comedic fashion. His role in the series is to provide the main source of conflict and slapstick humor.
