Overview
Hammond, also known as Wrecking Ball, is a genetically engineered hamster and one of the heroes in Overwatch. He pilots a spherical mech and fights using mobility, grappling, and heavy firepower. Originally a test subject on Horizon Lunar Colony, he escaped to Earth and became an independent combatant. In the Overwatch universe, Hammond serves as a tank character, disrupting enemies, creating chaos in battles, and protecting allies through his highly mobile, aggressive playstyle.
