Overview
Masao Sato, known by his nickname Bo-chan, is a recurring character in Crayon Shin-chan and one of Shinnosuke's close friends. He is shy, timid, and often emotional, with a tendency to cry or panic easily, but he also shows loyalty and kindness to his friends. His distinctive features include his rounded face and the booger that is often seen hanging from his nose, which has become his signature trait. He is part of the Kasukabe Defense Force and often appears in the children's everyday adventures and misadventures.
