Overview
Evangeline A.K. Mc Dowell is a powerful vampire and one of the most memorable characters in Mahou Sensei Negima!. She is initially introduced as a cold, mysterious, and highly dangerous immortal with immense magical skill and a sharp tongue. Despite her small appearance, she is an ancient being with a complex past and a strong pride. In the series, she serves as both an antagonist and later an important ally, mentor, and source of comic tension.
